Cancellation Policy

A cancellation occurs when a consumer returns an item purchased. The reason for return needs to be accepted in writing through mail by ONE WEAR. Consumer can return the product 7 days from date of delivery provided it is in the same condition in which it was delivered. Specified reason for return to be mailed within 24 hours to customercare@onewear.in with a picture of damage if any during transit and informed over phone or whatsapp to 9003980550. 

ONE WEAR may not be able to cancel orders once placed or already shipped or in transit.
