Refund Policy

REFUND and RETURN:

Since all the products are final, we do not accept refunds or returns. We do not accept requests for cancellation of orders or the return of items unless the item you purchased is defective upon our confirmation. If you receive a incorrect item, please contact us on Instagram onewear.india and do send your order ID number, details of the product, image of the part of defect and unpacking videos. We will get back to you if the item is eligible for return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the tags.

Product will go through the full internal checks before refund gets processed: Product/s returned should be in original condition.

Product/s must not be used or washed.

Product/s should have the original tags and folds intact.

Refund may be delayed or not get processed if the returned product does not meet any one of the internal checks.

REPLACEMENT

Kindly check our size chart for choosing your right size. If you have any doubts in selecting the size contact our customer care or DM us on Instagram. We are happy to assist you in choosing the right size. Replacement is applicable only on any size issues & damaged items. Unpacking video is required for any damage claims. We do not accept return or exchange, unless it is a manufacturing defect/Size issue.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail/courier your product to One Wear No.7/21, A- 7, Vettuvapalayam, Mangalam Road, Tirupur - 641663.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
